An exploration of wave scales.

 

The canvas is divided into three distinct horizontal realms: massive, brooding groundswells at the top give way to powerful mid-size rollers in the center, and finally to delicate, wind-chopped ripples at the bottom. Each zone is rendered in varying tones of deep indigo and glacial blue, with thick sculpted gel creating real three-dimensional texture that shifts dramatically with light.

 

This piece is both a meditation on perspective and a visceral celebration of the ocean’s infinite moods—from apocalyptic power to quiet intimacy—all in one sweeping frame.
